Sorry for abrupt nature of above messages. No connections for days! Thank goodness for Road Chef free connection.
Have had a terrific time esp in Wales.
Rhandirmwyn just an amazing place.
Got to Land's End and Penzance. Also got to STratford-Upon-Avon for Shakespeare! Libby particularly pleased about that. The girls bought a book on Shakespeare's plays.
Minehead and the steam train journey was very interesting and a nice break from travelling in the van.
Dartmoor Prison is in the middle of nowhere on the moors.
Saw Dylan Thomas' birthplace in Swansea with Shakespeare's the next day so a good collection there!
Chirk Castle interesting, very grand.
Saw Telford's amazing canal aquaduct near Llangollen, which is a delightful town. Brittany, who has no fear, took Naya and me across the aquaduct, Lib stayed behind. It is very scary in my brave opinion!! The Horseshoe pass just out of town provides amazing views of the valleys. Also has a 20% grade on the road, the steepest we have met.
