Not long now! We will be in Hong Kong soon. Lets hope we get some sleep on the aircraft!
A big thank you to all those people, too many to name, who helped us with advice, gear, reminiscences, books, contacts, etc. This has made the planning a whole lot easier.
We have had a number of emails to, and from, Les Davey in Nottingham. Les has abundant energy and good cheer and has offered to meet us, probably in Lincoln, which sounds just great.
First step is to get through Hong Kong successfully so we can get to see le Tour de France. Probably on Thursday, 8 July; it will run on the evening of that day, next Thursday, so look out for us waving an Australian flag!!
